The Unapologetic P ?
All women, in my opinion, are deserving of a different approach to life than that of the “good girl.” There are so many choices besides observing and complying with the rules.
Every woman is capable of creating her own distinct style. Apart from watching or cooperating, there are unlimited options.
A way to liberate oneself from the limitations of merely surviving.
It’s not only about enjoying life; it’s about evolving with The Unapologetic P. Connecting with your inner insurgent. Developing a relationship with your rebellious inner side. Going for it!
Taking a chance! Rather than withdrawing from life and just putting your best foot forward. We are granted this one life, so let’s delight in it. Relish in it.
The intention is to make life more pleasurable, meaningful, enriching, and rewarding.
Here are the 6 areas where women, in my opinion, fall short. as well as the corresponding P word:

Here are more details of each of these areas:
Power-Women don’t always understand how much power they have. Finding new ways to investigate this.
Pleasure-From the moment they wake up until they go to bed, women appear to go through the motions. Feeling like rushed robots. Women take on a workload that goes unnoticed and do not find enough pleasure in their everyday lives. Discovering what kinds of pleasure are energizing, inspiring and motivating. The type of delicious that makes you want to do anything.
Pussy-I’m going to go out on a limb here and say a women’s Pussy is not getting the attention it needs in quality and quantity. Honoring your juicy central flower.
Purpose-Aside from the mundane, What is your purpose in life? Ignite your passion and purpose. Finding out why you’re dissatisfied despite having all the trappings of success. Are you attempting to reawaken the carefree YOU of your youth? Leaving your head and entering your heart. Learning To FLOW, rather than force.
Passion-Back to that rushed, robot-like life. Where does your passion lie? Identifying what pushes you to desire more, to accomplish more.
Play-How do we get the chance to just play now that we’re grown-ass women? Allowing yourself to take pride in life’s simpler pleasures.
Or the bigger things in life. What kind of play do you want more of?
I’m pretty darn good at establishing a lighthearted comfortable rapport with clients. Although, The Unapologetic P can get serious at times and delve deeply into feelings.
You know those fuzzy feelings, freaky feelings, fantastic feelings, fizzled out feelings. We can also be absolutely silly and jovial. I understand change can be difficult for us and those heavy life moments, at times, can be painful. So, when the situation calls for it, I try to make light of it. Showing the silliness of life. 🙂
In my coaching, I ask my clients what their favorite color is, which is lighthearted query.
Then I tailor your coaching sessions around your favorite color. That doesn’t mean I’m dressed in your favorite color when we meet on Zoom. This means we look at your emotional state in relation to that color and try to find out what else could put you in that same state. My clients get very into it, and it helps them to think and feel in a more balanced way.
I also ask what is your P word (s) that most resonates with you. Which word do you want to be Unapologetic for? It wont be the only focus, nor your favorite color, but it does get you started on your personal development journey! Oops, I mean party. 🙂
